Happy Holidays and beyond….

Hey everyone, just wanted to wish you a huge HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!  I can’t wait for Christmas!  I’ve been posting and tweeting about Charlie Brown’s Christmas for the past few weeks and I seriously cannot get enough of it.  My wife keeps filling the candy jar with Hershey Kisses and peanut butter cups so I’m packin’ on the added warmth for the winter.  The tree is up and snow is on the ground and LIFE IS GOOD!

I’ve been on the road soooo much over the past few months and I have a much needed rest coming up through the rest of December and into January.  I’ve had an amazing time performing at your colleges, universities, high schools and middle schools.  I’ve met so many amazing people and got to hear so many awesome stories that I feel my life is so much better off from it.  Over the past few months I’ve been to Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, Virginia, Massachusetts, Connecticut, North Carolina and who can forget NEW YORK Baby!!!  You’ve all treated me so kind so thank you for your hospitality.

Well I’ve got some cool things ahead in the new year including a live broadcast of a performance I’ll be doing in my home town on January 7th for PBS.  Show starts at 8pm so make sure you tune in if you’re in the Southern Tier.  I will also be performing once again for First Night in downtown Binghamton on New Years Eve at Christ Episcopal Church right across from Lost Dog Cafe. I have a performance at 9 and then another at 10 so I’ll see you there!

Many people have been asking how things with the Blue Project are going and I can’t explain how amazing things have been.  This program is growing and growing and thousands of teenagers and young people are getting reached with powerful messages of hope and perseverance.  I’ve literally performed for over fifteen thousand students this fall through the program and the new year is bringing in more and more schools so I’m so thankful for that.  You should hear the amazing stories from students of how they’re giving up attempts at suicide, finding their self worth, ending their habits of bullying and finding a better outlook on life…it’s amazing!!! If you want more info on the program please email info@jcblueproject.com.

And last but not least….WE GOT A NEW PUPPY!!!  Many of you know our first dog Tucker and his trusted side kick Vox the cat…so now Tucker has a girlfriend…Ladies and Gentlemen please say hello to the beautiful Bayla!!!  She’s a pooper and a biter but we love her…Tucker does too…Vox, not so much but he’s getting there.

She's a biter and chewer for sure!

She's a biter and chewer for sure!

They're in love!

They're in love!

So I want to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year and Happy Holidays!  Make sure you follow me on Twitter and be a fan on facebook by going to www.facebook.com/jaredcampbellfans.  Stay well and be happy!

Summer is flyin’ by way too fast!!!!!!

Hey everyone, JC here with an update…it’s been way too long!  Many people have been asking about the live DVD/CD that was shot back in March and I totally apologize for not posting this info earlier.  After the filming the footage itself was out of my hands and production was kind of put on hold throughout the rest of spring/summer however we will finally be getting the footage next week and the editing process will soon begin.  I don’t have a release date for the project but I’ll be sure to keep you updated on the site.   If you’re really interested in updates though you should definitely sign up for the mailing list here on the home page.

This summer is going by way too fast.  It’s almost the middle of August and I seriously have no idea where the summer went.  Seems like yesterday I was just shoveling the driveway.  I’ve had an amazing summer so far.  I’ve gotten the chance to play the most beautiful places throughout the New York State finger lakes region.  But summer is still not over so be sure to check out my tour dates for the rest of the season.

This fall I will be kicking off my college tour and can’t wait to visit a bunch of you at the schools you go to.  Don’t see your school on the tour page?…shoot me an email at jared@jaredcampbell.com requesting me to come to your campus and we’ll tell you all you have to do to bring me there.

I’m also heading off this fall to knock out a bunch of Blue Project performances at various high schools and middle schools so if you’d like to see me at your high school or middle school, once again email me at jared@jaredcampbell.com and I’ll give you all the info you’ll need to bring the Blue Project to your school.

So enjoy the rest of this summer and hopefully I’ll see you real soon!

The Thanks I’m Giving!

Hey everyone, I just wanted to give a HUGE thanks to all who attended the CD release party.  I had a great time seeing all the familiar faces and getting the chance to release “Beyond the Gray” at a special location with a bunch of special people including all my family and friends.  I hope everyone that got the chance to pick up the CD that night are enjoying it.  Drop me some comments on what you think of the new record here on the site.

I also, wanted to let everyone know that couldn’t make it that we are working on getting the new CD available for purchase online for the holidays.  But I’m going to personalize the CD’s ordered with a signature and whatever you’d like me to write on them and to who you may be giving it to for the holidays.  So stay tuned for that and I’ll see you soon!
